CHURCH EVENTS FOR THE YOUNG AND OLD!

Paintball has the unique ability to teach people how to work together and communicate effectively as a team. Which makes it ideal for Church and Youth Group Outings.

We stress the importance of good sportsmanship as the teams work together during a game while having a great time. Paintball gives your church group a chance to exercise as you run, jump and slide into the bunkers to avoid being eliminated from the game by the opposing team.

Includes 20×20 covered area, 4 picnic tables, 30 minutes of party time after your event time below, & your choice of rotating play on different fields.

MOBILE TO YOUR EVENT LOCATION

Travel charges and/or time minimums may apply. Time does not include our setup or tear down time. Mobile fields are about half the size of the smaller fields at Bayou Games.

OUR POLICY TERMS

Due to high demand, we have certain terms. See the fine print below. 

 

  • Parties can be extended in 30-minute increments for $50.
  • Additional Equipment on Scheduled Parties with more than 10 players for Laser Tag or GellyBall gear is $15/ea. GellyBall Orbs NOT included.
  • Additional Equipment on Scheduled Parties with more than 10 players for Low Impact or Traditional Paintball gear is $20/ea. Paintballs NOT included.
  • We require a $100 deposit to reserve your equipment and party time for private groups.
  • Private events can be booked for any day/time based on availability. Contact us via Messenger or Email if you need times not showing as available & for mobile events.
  • Mobile setups are smaller than at our location and are subject to travel charges & minimum party durations based on distance traveled.
  • All renters must have a valid picture I.D. and accept full responsibility for the care of the equipment while it is in their possession. 
  • Renter will be responsible for the replacement at full retail value of any equipment rented, not returned and or damaged.
  • In the unlikely event that you need to cancel or reschedule, the deposit will be transferred to the rescheduled event or to a gift certificate that may be used at any time. All participants must complete a waiver. 
  • If under the age of 18, child must have a waiver form signed by their parent or legal guardian. 
  • Waivers are good for one year and cover all Bayou Games events.

 

EVENTS AT OUR PAINTBALL COMPLEX ON KIM ST. QUESTIONS

  • ARE THERE PARTY AREA ACCOMMODATIONS AT THE COMPLEX?

    • You will be assigned to a Covered Section with Color-Coded tables ~20’x18’
    • Seating for 27 to 36 
    • Air Refill Stations in multiple areas throughout the front fields & main building.
    • High Speed Wi-Fi across the Complex
    • Two Water Fountains on the front of the main building
    • Separate Men/Women Restroom building.
    • Handicap access Restrooms/Changing Rooms inside main building.

  • HOW MANY FIELDS DO YOU HAVE?

    • We have (1) Full Size Tournament Spec Paintball Speedball field with plush Bermuda Turf grass (50 bunkers).
    • We have (1) Full Size Tournament Spec Paintball Hyperball field with plush Bermuda Turf grass (50 bunkers).
    • We have (1) Mid-size Wooded Wasteland Scenario Field
    • We have (1) Larger Wooded Capture the Flag or Domination Field
    • Future fields TBD

  • WHAT IS PARKING LIKE?

    We have 4 rocked parking lots with parking bumpers and the capacity for over 80 vehicles. For evening events, we have parking lot lighting.

  • WEATHER INTERRUPTION PROCEDURE?

    Bayou Games understands that weather is beyond any of our control when we are dealing with an outdoor event.  Most of our equipment can run safely in a light rain. We will cease play if lightning is occurring. If we have an interruption due to a quick thunderstorm, we will add time to the end of your party to ensure you receive the full playing time scheduled. We strive to do everything possible to ensure your event can happen when scheduled. If the weather keeps us from performing the event at all (notice given 90 mins before its scheduled time), we will make every effort to reschedule your event.  If this isn’t possible and adequate notice was given, we will refund your deposit if the situation if truly out of our control and no other accommodations can be made.  Historically this has been very rare.  SWLA weather is finicky and sporadic and we have typically been blessed to not have weather impact our events where a refund was necessary.  If you have the Game Trailer, weather should not be an issue.  If we have availability to switch you to Game Trailer, we may be able to do so with adequate notice.

MOBILE EVENTS AT EXTERNAL LOCATION QUESTIONS

  • WHAT IF I NEED MOBILE SERVICES FOR AN EVENT, NOT A BIRTHDAY PARTY?

    Hosting events for business & organizations is the primary focus for our Mobile Services.  Send us an email with the date, location of the event, time frame desired, and which of the service(s) you are looking for and we can provide a calculated quote based on those details.

  • WHAT AREAS DO YOU SERVICE?

    We service Southwest Louisiana from (but not limited to): Sulphur, Lake Charles, Westlake, Moss Bluff, DeQuincy, Vinton, and Iowa, in addition to Southeast Texas. Contact us for a quote to bring our signature party services to YOUR area! Travel minimums do apply based on distance.

  • WHAT ACTIVITIES CAN YOU HOST AT AN EXTERNAL LOCATION?

    Most common are the Video Game Trailer or Laser Tag.  These are most common because there are no projectiles involved which means it can be setup in a space where spectators can be in the open and nearby.  We can also perform Gellyball in situations where there is enough space to do so safely. Eye protection is required for players AND spectators.

  • SHOULD I CHOOSE MOBILE OR GO TO YOUR COMPLEX?

    Mobile events are best suited for corporate, church, & school events in conjunction with other activities. Our most popular mobile event is our new Video Game Trailer paired with Laser Tag or Gellyball. If you’re booking a mobile event, the equipment and setups will be much smaller in comparison to an event at our Complex. A mobile setup is 10-14 inflatable bunkers or barriers that can be staked outside or weighted indoors. Additional space is required for booking an event with a 10+ player attendance. At Bayou Games Complex, space is not an issue!

    If you booked Laser Tag or Gellyball, and have access to a large enough indoor space, we can accommodate given enough notice. If you have the Game Trailer, weather should not be an issue.  If we have availability to switch you to Game Trailer, we may be able to do so with adequate notice.

  • OUT OF AREA TRAVEL POLICY

    All out of area event's duration must be equal to or longer than the travel time. A Deposit is required to secure the date & time. The event must be paid in full 2 weeks prior to the event.  If less than 2 weeks away, the balance is due in full in order to book. Minimum event charge times apply based on distance traveled even if you do not need that full-time frame.
