This is an exciting, fun-packed experience for all ages. 33 foot custom-built trailer with the latest single and multiplayer games for your ultimate entertainment experience.

Bayou Games has the newest video game consoles, a variety of top-rated games, and comfortable stadium seating, all within our self-powered Gaming Trailer. Our friendly Game Coaches will keep the fun rolling, ensuring all guests and party-goers get in on the gaming action. Featuring 5 interior TVs with a variety of consoles to choose from (Xbox 1, Nintendo Switch, Playstation 4, and Playstation Virtual Reality) as well as 2 exterior TVs accommodating up to 28 players!

Our self-powered video gaming rig boasts 7 large HDTV’s each with a mix of Xbox One’s, PS4s, PS VR, & the Nintendo Switch. We also offer other services as add-on or stand-alone including: Laser Tag and Gellyball.


Bayou Games takes the stress out of planning a party or event. Our professional team alleviates the long planning and noisy hours you may spend in a boring pizza parlor or fast-food chain. We are the party.


Bayou Games provides all of the entertainment you need for a child’s birthday party, gaming tournament, corporate event, tailgating experience, church picnic, summer camp, bachelor/bachelorette party, and anything else requiring exciting group activities. WE handle all of the details and provide the equipment so YOU can relax and focus on the FUN!

OUR POLICY TERMS

Due to high demand, we have certain terms. See the fine print below. 

 

  • Parties can be extended in 30-minute increments for $50.
  • Additional Equipment on Scheduled Parties with more than 10 players for Laser Tag or GellyBall gear is $15/ea. GellyBall Orbs NOT included.
  • Additional Equipment on Scheduled Parties with more than 10 players for Low Impact or Traditional Paintball gear is $20/ea. Paintballs NOT included.
  • We require a $100 deposit to reserve your equipment and party time for private groups.
  • Private events can be booked for any day/time based on availability.
  • Mobile setups are smaller than at our location and are subject to travel charges & minimum party durations based on distance traveled.
  • All renters must have a valid picture I.D. and accept full responsibility for the care of the equipment while it is in their possession. 
  • Renter will be responsible for the replacement at full retail value of any equipment rented, not returned and or damaged.
  • In the unlikely event that you need to cancel or reschedule, the deposit will be transferred to the rescheduled event or to a gift certificate that may be used at any time. All participants must complete a waiver. 
  • If under the age of 18, child must have a waiver form signed by their parent or legal guardian. 
  • Waivers are good for one year and cover all Bayou Games events.

 

COMMON VIDEO GAME TRAILER QUESTIONS

  • WHAT IS THE VIDEO GAME TRAILER?

    With the Game Trailer, you have access to all the games we own.  Our Game Trailer does have a Hot Spot for online games like Fortnite. Your location’s signal strength and # of players will determine how well this works. We focus on games that are 2 to 4 players and able to work without internet access when needed. The exception to this is if you book the party at our facility where we have commercial grade high-speed internet.

  • ARE THE VIDEO GAMES AGE APPROPRIATE?

    Bayou Games offers a wide variety of games, each rated by the Entertainment Software Rating Board (ESRB). These ratings ensure that you can make an informed decision as to what your children are playing and viewing. At the time your party is booked, we will ask if you wish to limit any categories of games being offered, and our Game Coach will stock your requests.  School & Church events typically ask for no games rated M for mature. We do offer games such as Call of Duty, with the profanity filter on (no foul language, excessive blood or gore).

  • WHAT POWERS THE VIDEO GAME TRAILER?

    Our gaming theater generates its own power through a generator; no plug is required. It is insulated and contains two A/C and heating units for the comfort of our party guests.

  • DOES WEATHER AFFECT MY VIDEO GAME TRAILER PARTY?

    No, because we are enclosed and run on our own generator, weather will not stop your party.  It will however mean the outside stations would stay closed.

  • WHAT ABOUT FORTNITE OR OTHER ONLINE GAMES?

    With the Game Trailer, you have access to all the games we own.  But Fortnite is not one of those because Fortnite is an online game that requires high speed internet.  Because we are mobile, we do not have the ability to have high speed internet to play games of this type.  We focus on games that are 2 to 4 players and able to work without internet access. The exception to this is if you book the party at our facility where we have commercial grade high speed internet.

  • HOW MUCH IS A PARTY OR GROUP PRICING?

    The Video Game Trailer is $295 for 90 mins or $345 for 2 hours.  All mobile parties have a minimum of 2 hours due to travel & setup/tear down before and after your event time
